“Peace” is an accurate translation of the term, but Shalom implies more than lack of conflict. Shalom means “completeness, soundness, welfare, peace.” It is translated “success” and used as part of an inspired blessing in 1 Chronicles 12:18.

Testimonies Of God's Faithfulness
SUMMER - Poughkeepsie, NY- 2017
Here is a picture of a lady who was bound to her wheelchair due to a tumor on the inside of her hip/leg. She said it was the size of a grapefruit. The doctors said she would have to have surgery done on it, along with radiation, and that she would be in that wheelchair for several months. As I saw her struggling in her chair, I felt overwhelmed with compassion to go over and pray for her. As we prayed she was able to stand up out of her chair -- and although she had not been able to lift her leg higher than half an inch, she was suddenly able to get her leg all the way to her chest with no pain. This picture does not do it justice, however, it does show her walking around without her chair unassisted for the first time in years. All Glory to God!
SUMMER CAMP- TUNNEL HILL, Georgia- 2020
Here is a picture of a young teen giving his life to Jesus Christ. I had the pleasure working with him for the entire month of June. By the end of camp, he had approached me and started asking me questions about baptism and what it means to be baptized. After sitting down with him and talking about it, he was so excited to move forward with it. This was a very special moment for him. I am very proud of him and how far he has come, not just as a young adult, but as a child of the most high God.
Power Of Prayer- Testimony- SUMMER Of 2018
These pictures, unplanned, were taken by my friend. My friend stopped by this home when they were hosting a yard sale in the summer of 2018. As we approached the owner of the home, his son wearing the green shirt was sitting down under this canopy. I looked over and saw a cane hanging off the table by the father wearing the white t-shirt. He was sitting down in a chair as well. The Lord spoke to my heart about the father having back problems and it's been an on going problem for him for several years. As I asked the father about his back, he looked at me very surprised. He looked at me and said, " Yes! My back has been bothering me for many years!" As we prayed, the Holy Spirit touched and healed his back. For the first time in many years, the father was able to bend over and touch his toes without any pain or discomfort. Shortly after, the son stood up and asked for prayer as his faith increased in that moment. It's only by Holy Spirit and the power of God that this healing took place. Sharing the love of God as well as the word of God is what broke down everything the father had been told: the wall of lies that he would never be better. By the Spirit of God, this man was set free and by the confirming of God's word, truth prevailed!
